f(x) = 4x

To find the inverse of a function, you have to replace every x with an y, as follows:

f(x) = 4y

then, replace f(x) with an x,

x = 4y

and now, isolate y,

x/4 = y

Finally, replace y whit h(x),

h(x) = 1/4x
