What is a U.S. engineer's ride?

A U.S. engineer has the same ride as anyone else: a car or bike or something.
Of course, engineers who ride the locomotives get to commute by train more often. But most engineers have a unique job description. The transportion aspect matters very little.

'A U.S. Engineer' would more than likely be referring to the fact that they ride/control locomotives.
