I believe this this the function.

[tex]f(x) = {5}^{x - 5} [/tex]

then

[tex]f(x) = {5}^{2 - 5} [/tex]

then

[tex]f(x) = {5}^{ - 3} [/tex]

then

[tex]y = \frac{1}{125} [/tex]
