Find f(x) if it is known that f(x−2)=2x−4.

Hi,
Let assume y=x-2, so x=y+2

[tex]f(x-2)=2x-4\\ f(y)=2(y+2)-4\\ f(y)=2y+4-4\\ f(y)=2y\\ [/tex]
f(x)=2x
